Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. A mobile number you provide to receive booking-related texts is used only to send messages about your own booking, sent via our messaging provider. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted. We may retain certain information as required by law.

7. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are necessary for the Service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We measure website traffic with Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we host ourselves on our own servers. It does not use cookies, does not store any identifier that can be traced back to you, and never sends your data to a third party. It records only aggregate figures — page visited, referring site, browser, operating system, device type and country — and does not track you across other websites. Because no personal data is collected and nothing is stored on your device, no consent banner is required.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
